Shipping method
Products will be delivered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport in Japan, and DHL outside Japan.

Due date for payment
If you pay by credit card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, the payment will be completed once the purchase procedure is completed. Please contact your credit card company regarding the timing of withdrawals from your credit card.

Shipping time
The business days of our warehouse are Mondays to Saturdays and Japanese public holidays (excluding year-end and New Year holidays), and business hours are 9:00 to 18:00 (JST). Normally, orders placed before 12pm (JST) will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 12pm (JST) will be shipped the next business day.
