2. Regarding returns of purchased products
2-1. For customers who wish to return the product
If the delivered product is found to be defective, or if you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will take immediate action. In order to accurately confirm the product you received and its condition, we may ask you to send images or the actual item. Please understand.
About return conditions
We only accept returns in the following cases. Please understand.
・If the product is found to be defective after checking the condition and actual item from our perspective
・If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
・If you contact us within one week after receiving your order
We are unable to accept returns if
・Order was mistakenly placed by customer
・More than a week has passed since you receive the product.
・You used products
・The reasons for return is because the product is not what you wished it to be
・You only return a part of set products
・You return without contacting us in advance
・We are unable to confirm the status or situation of your request
・The product is found to be of good quality after our review
・The order by the same customer has been returned or refunded in the past
・Products that have been damaged or malfunctioned due to use for purposes other than their original purpose

3. Regarding exchanges due to product defects
3-1. To customers who have experienced a “defective product”
If there is a product defect or problem such as damage during shipping, we will confirm the incident and replace the product or ship a replacement product.In addition, we would like to investigate in detail each incident that has occurred and propose appropriate solutions to the matters pointed out by our customers.
